Job Description


The Sr. Data Integrity & MDM Analyst continuously improves Data Integrity efforts by utilizing real time ERP source system with downstream responsibility to and partnership with – CRM Systems, Sales, Field Operations, Accounts Receivable, IT and Mobile support. The master data files include customer, product, delivery management partner attributes and pricing. Envisions future state processes, automation and works collaboratively within the IT team to ensure successful data integration.


  • Performs data entry to AX source system master data utilizing process documentation (e.g. customer, pricing, distribution.) Provides direction to functional partners while identifying best practices and solutions.
  • Independently performs data cleansing, data audits, and data validation between multiple systems and various attributes; as well as reporting out to business partners, direct manager and CIO. Provides recommendations and solutions for any errors or issues encountered to direct manager and impacted business partners.
  • Performs Delivery Management data cutovers with knowledge of co-packing, distributors, company delivered distribution models.
  • Plays an integral role in Data Governance, including customer, distributor, assets, inventory, hierarchies, & retail chain data management. Assists with preparing presentations for the data steering committee and with new project and process automation.
  • Independently and accurately develops and performs delivery management, chain pricing and customer attribute uploads. Understands impact of data movement and ensures ‘white glove’ accuracy and service to business partners is provided at all levels. Reviews updated outputs, and resolves downstream mobile, pricing or distribution issues as they occur
  • Reports automation anomalies to IT through exception reporting and workbench execution. Adheres to daily BAU processes.
  • Processes Autotask ticket queue and reviews Customer Maintenance approval items on a daily basis. Monitors and manages ticket queue calendar balanced against master data projects to ensure all business partner data management is addressed equally within the work week.
  • Helps initiate cleansing, enrichment & de-duplication uses for  M&A data mart.
  • Report data points graphically and visually. Produces monthly data exception reports.
  • Implement training boot camps and support efforts to continuously automate, reduce waste in BAU activities.
  • Partner with and assist the EDI team.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.


  • Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in master data environment with ERP systems with a combination of the following experience: ERP Go Live or Project experience, Data Governance, Material Master, BOMs, Inventory Management, , Fixed Assets, Pricing Uploads, Products, and/or SOP Development.  
  • Experience writing IT Business Requirement documentation.
  • Expert knowledge of the MS Office Suite with an emphasis on 5+ years of expert knowledge of Excel, with additional datamining program knowledge. High degree of analytical skill.
  • Minimum 2+ years  of Rapid Continuous Improvement process mapping experience required.
  • CPG, food/beverage, co-packer/distributor process, and/or finance/AP experience preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience training other team members
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  • 2+ years of SQL experience.
  • Displays interpersonal skills with excellent “servant leader” and “can do” mentality.
  • Strong written and communication skills 
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to balance seasonal demands.


Typical office environment, generally sedentary position using computers, calculators, phones, and other office equipment. This position works in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment. The ability to manage stress, build professional and collaborative relationships, and reason through complex business situations is essential. Willing to work occasional weekends when required due to live data streams or emergency ice management. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds of file boxes for storage of data. No travel required.
